DDR3 SDRAM

A single 16Megx16x8banks(256/512MB) memory device is used, connects with the EMIF port of AM335x, It will operate at a clock frequency of 400MHz yielding an effective rate of 800MHZ on the DDR3L bus allowing for 1.6GB/S of DDR3L memory bandwidth.
