| The MCC-AM335X-Y is a highly-integrated low-cost ARM embedded SOM (System on Module) supporting 800MHz Texas Instruments (TI) Sitara AM335x (AM3352, AM3354, AM3356, AM3357, AM3358 and AM3359) ARM Cortex-A8 processors, featuring PowerVR™ SGX530 for 2D and 3D graphics acceleration as well as PRU/ICSS supporting real-time protocols such as PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS, Ethernet Powerlink, Sercos, and others. |
It can support Linux and ideal for industrial embedded applications such as automotive, control systems, lighting, refining and processing. |

Overview
MCC-AM335X-Y embedded CPU module, which uses ARM Cortex-A8 TI AM335X as major processor, is newly designed by MYiR. It operates at up to 1GHz, and integrates 256/512MB DDR3 SDRAM, 256/512MB NandFlash memory resources, Gigabit Ethernet and rich signal interfaces, which compose a Minimum Embedded System. Figure 1-1 shows the appearance of the product:

It use the NFBGA (324) of Processor package on CPU module, The size is 15.0 mm x 15.0 mm, So it can Pin to Pin Compatible with other Chip of AM335x Family. Listed below are the different in Family.
