Overview
MCC-AM335X-J embedded CPU module, which uses ARM Cortex-A8 TI AM335X as major processor, is newly designed by MYiR. It operates at up to 1GHz, and integrates 256/512MB DDR3 SDRAM, 256MB/512MB NAND Flash memory resources, Gigabit Ethernet and rich signal interfaces, which compose a Minimum Embedded System. Figure 1-1 shows the appearance of the product:

It use the NFBGA (324) of Processor package on CPU module, The size is 15.0 mm x 15.0 mm, So it can Pin to Pin Compatible with other Chip of AM335x Family. Listed below are the different in Family.
